Do this exercise for abs like mine. I usually do 1 minute as many reps as possible. Rest for 30 seconds. Then repeat. Do it for 10 sets.

One of the easiest but very effective way to work on your ass. You can even do it at home. The key is you have to squeeze!!!!! SQUEEZE them glutes. I love this exercise.
If you’re caged and live in cold weather areas, don’t forget to wear double underwear to prevent your balls from pulling up.
